I purchased this because I liked the idea of buying bamboo, a very renewable resource. But I am thrilled with the quality & softness of this throw! Much nicer than polarfleece. It is amazingly soft & light. I may buy it again in another colour.

I bought these on a whim when they were on a Gold Box deal a month ago for $14.99. What a steal! These are just the right weight, not too thin, not too thick. Soft as a kitten's ear! Really a nice size to use when curled up in front of the TV or with a book. I got the red, which is a beautiful rich hue, plus several of the taupe (for housewarming and wedding gifts). I love them all!

This blanket is beautiful! The cream color has a beautiful shine to it, and it is very soft and smooth. The 50x60 inch size is generous for a throw. I would prefer the blanket not be made from rayon because it isn't necessarily a natural fiber (but not synthetic either), but I do like the fact that the rayon is derived from bamboo which is an amazing renewable resource.
