I've been using Vellux blankets for about 20 years, in every bedroom in the house, and I still have my first one. It's in great shape, but new decor in the bedroom calls for a new blanket to match.
The Vellux blanket is ideal for all weather and seasons because of its extra insulating layer, yet it is light as a cloud and supremely comfortable to sleep under. One Vellux blanket and a down comforter in a light cotton duvet cover are all that is needed to get through the coldest winter nights up here in the North. The same blanket is perfect alone for cool spring and fall nights, and is a perfect warm weather blanket for the rare cool summer night. The colors are lovely and you can find one to match any decor, and they remain bright and unfaded through the years.

I have had my blanket for over 5 years and it is still in beautiful shape. I use this blanket for everything from a quick nap to camping trips. I use it when watching TV or walking around the house. This blanket is warm and worth the money!
