i bought the quilt on sale so the quality is extraordinary for the price i paid. it's very thin-more like a coverlet than a quilt.good size, too, lots of overlap on my king-size bed-and the color is beautiful. i particularly like the embroidery.it changes the whole look of the room.very nice, just not very warm.

I absolutely loved this quilt and wished it would have worked for me. I love the colors and the quality. The only thing wrong with this product is that it was too small for my bed. I order a full/queen size and even with a bed skirt, the quilt looked silly on my queen sized bed. If this product would have been available in king size, I would have ordered it.
Good size quilt! July 13, 2008 This quilt, unlike many others, is a generous size. 95x105.The pink color looks true to the web image: is more of a pink-brown or pink-rust and goes perfectly in my bedroom. Good quality.
nice quilt for so little money June 25, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These are very shabby chic quilts done with many different techniques, including embroidery, piecing, quilting...a heirloom piece worth every penny you'll pay, what a bargain! Thanks Amazon!
Beautiful work of art! May 31, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I purchased the Gabriel king size set. This quilt set is just beautiful! I loved the color combinations on Amazon's online site and it did not disappoint me when it arrived to me in full color. It reminds me of what my Grandmother would have sewn for me. I have many of her precious quilts that she hand-sewed, and this, which I believe is machine quilted (although looks as though it could have been hand stitched), is quilted so intricately. Just as hers were to me. I love the coloring of the material and the heaviness of the quilt in whole. It doesn't feel or look cheap. It looks like a true-blue heirloom quilt.
This quilt, which resembles an heirloom, is for those who maybe want to display their original (Grandmother) handmade quilts in a different way instead of using them as a bed covering. Or maybe even for those who just want that hand-pieced, cottage look. You will not be disappointed!
