 Great Deal. Very Good Purchase November 9, 2008
I just got this earlier this week. It's great. The "chemical" smell that people complain about really isn't bad. You have minimal odor if any. It's built pretty well for the price and the tray is excellent. I am glad I got it and I love it. Good service too.

Advised this is mis-leading advertising and I only ordered because it was Buy one get one free. Customer Service agreed and I received a second set promptly. Today I received an email advising it was a replacement set for the first! I must return the first set or be billed for the item again. Contacted Customer Service and the rep did not understand...I am not happy with Amazon at his time!!

Item is exactly as described. One foot pad was nailed on in such a way that the nail was bent and pulled out of the pad so the pad had to be glued on. It was a flaw that was easily remedied and since it's on the bottom of the ottoman, it doesn't show.
 Needs improvements October 1, 2008
I don't like these ottoman so much. The big one, cushions is not thick enough over the rim of the base. Hurts the legs while sitting on it. The little one, will not support anyone over 200lbs. It wobble when I sit on it, I weigh about 190lbs. Neat idea, just need to work out some details to make them better.

I love the ottomans... they work perfect in my living room, the large one flips over and i use it to eat on or do homework. The brown color is a little darker than I thought it would be, but they still look nice. No problems with shipping.
