Product Description The correct EST (Eastern Standard Time) has been preset at the factory, so just plug the clock in and adjust the time zone as necessary. In the case of a power interruption, the built-in Lithium battery maintains the correct time so you don't have to re-set the clock. When Daylight Savings Time changes take place in the spring and fall each year, there is no need to adjust the clock because the built-in calendar recognizes the dates and automatically makes the proper time adjustments. Dual Alarms with Alarm Indicator permits two separate wake-up times with individual wake-up settings and confirms that the alarm has been activated to turn on at the pre-set time. Choose your own snooze time instead of being held captive by the short time intervals of other snooze times. Each press of the snooze button adds an additional 10 minutes to your total snooze time for up to a full hour of uninterrupted sleep. Dual Alarms with Alarm Indicators Extendable Snooze AM/FM Analog Tuner Built-in Calendar Frequency Range - AM 530-1710 kHz, FM 87.5-108 MHz Power Requirements - AC 120V, 60Hz Output Power - 120mW at 10% harmonic distortion Battery Life (Approx) - Up to 250 Days (with Sony battery) Speaker Dimensions - 2 5/8-inch (66mm) Dimensions - Width 6 1/8 x Height 3 5/16 x Depth 5 15/16 inch (155 x 82.8 x 151.5mm) Weight - 1 pounds 2 ounces (524 grams)

A great way to wake up! August 22, 2008 Personally, I hate waking up to a buzz. My old, and I mean old, clock radio only offered two reachable stations and I was continually falling back to sleep. This cutie pulls in the classical music station that I love. I can snooze and listen for a half hour, wake up gradually, before the second alarm beeps to alert me that it's indeed time for my sleepy self to get out of bed. The clock is easy to use, has a dimming button for the display which is large enough for me to read without my coke-bottle eye glasses.
No, it's not an artistic treasure, but one rarely gets an artistic treasure for this price. It's precisely what I wanted and worked well from the moment I took it out of the box and plugged it in.
I highly recommend this curvatious black treasure.
Great little clock August 20, 2008 I got this for my desk at work. Has automatic time built in (that can be changed) along with Daylight savings. Battery is included. The radio doesn't work well in my building, but the clock is why I bought it.
Okay clock August 19, 2008 This is a pretty okay clock. I bought it because I'm going off to college. I wanted a loud alarm clock so I could make sure I woke up for class, and I hoped this would be loud since it had two alarm settings [high and low]. However, both the settings create basically the same volume. The volume for the alarm clock is definitely not loud enough, and it is a beep NOT a buzzer as it says on the box. However, the radio does work and it is loud enough, so you can set that as your alarm clock. Another thing is that this clock promised that the time would be set when I plugged it in. It was not set and I had to set it myself. I know thats not much of a hassle, but I feel that they shouldn't advertise false information. [btw: I live on the US east coast so it wasn't that I had to set the right time zone.]
So in conclusion: 3 out of 5 stars. Good clock but 2 of the claimed features were not actually present.
Great Clock! August 18, 2008 This is a great little clock radio. We have power interruptions quite often so it's nice not to have to reset the clock every time. The reception is very good, too.
Works great! August 17, 2008 This clock works just as advertised. It has a dual alarm and it was set up with the correct time when I received it.
