Pinzon Hotel Sheets December 24, 2008 Very soft. Feel and look like very expensive sheets. I'm impressed with them for the price.
Two thumbs up! July 8, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The sheet set was part of the Hotel Collection that I got. I consider myself to be a savy shopper so I'm pretty adamant about making sure that I get what I consider good quality for a great price. When I got the sheets, I was impressed with the beefiness of the fabric, the smooth hand feel as well as the quality of the embroidery. The embroidery on the top is very well done - elevated, smooth with no snags, and the bottom side is cleanly finished. None of that unsighly loose threads, or the interface/stabilizer showing through. You can tell a lot about the quality of a garment/home textile, after it's been washed. The set held up very well. The edges didn't have that unsightly twist; the embroidery areas were still clean, no excessive puckering and very little shrinkage. Great value for this item.
One caution - it's due to my own carelessness as I didn't follow the directions. The care instructions say "Use Non-Chlorine Bleach When Needed". Take this advice. I used Chlorine bleach and my embroidery got a bit lighter. Also, chlorine bleach has a way of weakening the fiber over time so it's pretty good advice.
Otherwise, I love the hotel sheets/set.
Disappointing May 10, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Brought the whole Sateen sheet set while also ordering the other 400 thread count bed sheet sets from the other website. This whole set are disappointed. They are not only rough, but also oversize. How dare this claim to be a 400 thread count products.
VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I wanted sheeting that was soft. They laundered well and were relatively wrinkle free. I do recommend this product and I would purchase it again myself. The shipment arrived promptly after ordering.
I wanted to love them - but disappointing! March 21, 2008 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
I travel a lot for work and stay in some wonderful hotels around the world... and am always amazed at the quality of their sheets. I ordered these hoping they might approximate what I've seen in those hotels. Nope. First off, the embroidery is not on the fitted sheet, only on the flat sheet and pillowcases, and it shrunk at a different rate than the sheets, so it's a bit puckered after first wash. I could live with that if the material was truly soft and luxurious... but I found it to be rather rough, a fairly ordinary sheet. The sheets I've bought at TJ MAXX and Marshalls advertised at the same threadcount around the same price are much more luxurious. If these soften with more washes, I will update this review.
Otherwise, you might want to keep looking! Hope this helps.
