Good quality and very convenient to have. Should have shopped around though, price I bought at was slightly higher than what I've seen recently.

I purchased the full size, double-height Aerobed. It sits in an upstairs bedroom on a plushly carpeted floor. My visitors complained about being chilly, saying the cold comes through the Aerobed from the floor. On the second night, comfort was improved by putting a thick quilt and a down blanket on top of the bed, under the fitted sheet. If your Aerobed is going to sit right on the floor, and not in a frame, be sure to put plenty of insulating padding under your sheet -- or you will have some grumpy guests! Otherwise, the product performs beautifully and, when covered with linens, almost looks like a standard bed in the room.

I purchased this bed thinking it was the top of the line and most comfortable alternative to mattresses. The convenience of inflating and deflating quickly, portaility and comfort all in one was awesome. Unfortunately, I was in the position with a time constraint, a need for customer service that the retailer could not provide, and a toll free customer service line on the inside flap of the box. Customer Service means a great deal to the manufacturer of AeroBed products. Their goal for the customer to be satisfied with ''using'' their product is top priority. I am purchasing this product again for camping with my kids ! I know everything the company indicates is definately something they stand behind !

Aero made it to easy, and simple. This thing inflates in under a minute, has manual controls to increase the firmness incase a little air is let out. Great product to have when you need an extra bed in a pinch. A+

Quick and easy to use. Queen sheets actually fit properly. A great improvement over the standard air mattress.
