  Great Positioner November 8, 2008
I haven't been using this product for as long as the other reviewers, my son is only 2 1/2 weeks old, but we love this positioner. It is made from that memory foam stuff, so it will go down with the weight of the baby, but it has not "gone flat" on us so far. As long as the velcro positioners are placed securely against his body, he cannot roll or slide down the wedge and it is nice to clean this positioner as the cover is removable. I do wish it came with a second cover, which is the only reason I have given it 4 stars.

Not only does the cushion go flat after a few weeks of use but after about a month the velcro positioners no longer can stick to the mat. So not only is this a useless wedge but a useless positioner. My son woke up having rolled off the wedge with the postioners sticking to his pajamas and blanket.
I know it's tempting to buy this wedge as boppy's other products are fantastic, but just let this one go without wasting your money on it!

After only 2-3 weeks of use, the sleep mat became flat and lost it's comfortable cushiony feel. It's a great looking mat, and my 4 wk old son liked it--but soon there was no elevated incline for his head because the wedge shaped cushion just went flat.
