 Confused about other reviews February 22, 2007
The reviews on this product seem to indicate that the manufacturer is sending varying items under the same sku. I found the pillows to be very soft and high quality, while others find them hard. I cannot imagine the pillows I received being described as hard. There is a zippered down alternative pillow cover, very full of fluff on the outside, and on the inside is a small poly pillow. I suppose you can replace the poly pillow inside to achieve the desired firmness or softness. I actually found these to be too soft for my taste, but just perfect for my 5 year old daughters room. Would make nice guest pillows, but I personally prefer memory foam pillows. For $12.99 this was a good buy, and I would recommend this to others for guest beds and childrens beds.

We found these pillows to be too hard, unhuggable. They are okay in a sham or used underneath a soft, fluffy pillow just to give height.

Wow, I just laid down on these and its heaven. So comfy! NOT HARD at all. They come with an added padding that can be removed for the nice soft pillow or you can leave it in for a firmer pillow. Your choice. I like soft so I took them out. I'm getting two more if they are available.

These pillows were too flat and the centers too hard for my taste. I pefer the more conventional style with softer fills and higher fluff.

Can't believe the claimed $80 original price. My $5 pillow from walmart is much more comfortable than this. I was a little bit shocked when I first saw the slab of hard foam inside the pillow. Totally have no idea why people has such a 'stupid' design (Sorry, I have to use this word). I strongly suggest the designers use the pillow by themselves before they sell out the products.
