  very waterproof, no PVC August 28, 2008
Pros: extremely waterproof; contains no PVC (hence no toxic fumes); soft cloth surface doesn't make sleepers sweaty
Cons: becomes oval shaped after washing and requires two people to put on bed; when washed sometimes collects water that needs to be dripped out before putting it in the dryer (this is easy to do)
Fantastic Accident-Proof Mattress Pad August 28, 2008
I purchased two of these waterproof mattress pads for my son's bunk bed. He has frequent night-time accidents, and these work perfectly at protecting the mattress! Easy to wash and to install. They fit snugly and are quite comfortable as well. They are also very queit, as the protective barrier is sandwiched between two padded layers (no plastic rustling sounds!) It also adds a little extra padding to the mattress, adding to the comfort. I highly recommend these mattress pads for your kids' beds to protect your mattress and its warranty.

waterproof, easy to put on bed (not sure why others had trouble), great quality after many washings in hot water and high dryer heat - buying a spare now!

Very pleased with this mattress pad. Thick, soft and durable. Fits mattress very well. Easy to get on and off. I've washed this several times and it comes clean easily and looks new out of the dryer. Even accidentily washed and dried it with a full load, regular wash/high heat dry, and it came out fine. Would buy again.
