Rating 2/5 I just received the steamer and...the rice basket. I called...they're not including the rice basket...a new product...maybe it doesn't make...Service said they had a few...at no charge but the place...has a 7 day return policy...me enough time to see if...enough before I have to send...I don't like is that after...you remove it, the steamer starts...- even if you press stop....it to stop steaming I had...preset menu selections for fish, eggs,...great but based on what and...have to adjust the times after...how many minutes they recommend. ... Their recommended time for asparagus...cooked both of them. The...soft boiled egg was too long...hard.
