Rating 5/5 We bought this grater at a...previous owner had the clear plastic...to sit so the door opens... When I tried to...down, the cheese slid all over...awful. Then I realized...in love with this thing ever...side turns hard cheese (e.g.: asiago,... I add a bit of...snow on top of appetizers for...chocolate graded this fine melts in...easily in hot water in the...dishwasher. The slider goes on...get a hunk of cheese (or...thin wafer before it won't shred...haven't tried very soft cheeses like...cheddar to chocolate grates easily and...and asked for one for a...to all my cook friends!
