Not the...USB cable included; I had to...nothing was happening, I found out...the frame has NO internal memory....USB port that you connect your...the only was you get your...frame. Now, you need to purchase...Optipix download did not work, either....out your needed a memory card...you didn't have one, you had...reader. Nonsense to a non-technical person!...state this on the product. After...was not sure how to get...In the end, it was not...very deceiving! I only recommend this...pictures from a memory card or...

Rating 2/5 I bought this frame about a...ago. I specifically wanted a digital...memory that I could transfer old...comptuter to the frame. The product...and that the program Optipix enables...Well after a week of frustratingly...work without having to get a...frame does not,at least the one...pictures to be transfered from the...not happy about it. I dont...it so I will now have...card. Other than the badly misrepresentaion...really nice looking with the white...decent for most pictures. I have...digital frames, and for my purpose...
