Rating 1/5 I have now tried several different...say you are better giving your...one, The Customer Service is truly...issue is, they just dont care...to make things very difficult. Most...tried, I loved the first week....job of cleaning the floors....The 2...it takes to properly clean and...long..You cant run this for a...and then clean it...it must be...every single use and frankly, it...vaccum then it does to clean...use.....Of course this isnt really a...model I tried, had "issues" after...breaking...Unit making crazy noises....units stop working...re-set.....stops cleaning well after 1 or...even with you cleaning the unit...died.......To be honest, I would not...$20, let alone the riduclous prices...to paying for problems. Why would...that is only going to have...end up with an expensive, dead...received one of these as a...even open the box...I would probably...and take the tax write off...which will only cause my blood...only had minor problems and continued...it is one issue after another...and customer service blows you off...flushing your money down the drain...of these models. Rating 4/5 The roomba is worth the price....extra attachemnts because of other revies...I havent had this problem yet,...that matter for the 6 months...does take a while to vaccum...cause Im not doing any work!...up since the floor really needs...toys and other small objects before...you use the robot everyday and...clean then you ususally dont need...out except at the end of...floor like mine, usually it needs...20 minutes or so.
