I purchased two fans...Both were larger, more expensive units...either ten year or lifetime warranties.
I called Vornado's Customer...a Paula. Upon describing the...motor was bad and e-mailed an...I would be required to pay.../>As this was a large, heavy,...that I would be returning the...no indication that was a problem.
