Rating 3/5 It's been less than a year...cleaning the carpet, the brush stopped...strings or threads have wound around...not the case.

It turns...belt that it uses to turn...to the point that it can...properly.

Granted that it only...belt but still it shouldn't go.../>
Additionally, it's diffifult to completely...carpet fibers gets inside.

As...it does an OK job especially...Kauai where red dirt is readily...difficult to clean.

I gave...because it didn't do a good...off the carpets. Perhaps if...area where the carpet doesn't get...work good for you.

Unfortunately,...wound up purchasing another carpet cleaner.
