Sunbeam says "put a blanket...work. I'm calling them again...

Rating 4/5 Because Sunbeam seems to have changed...I only gave this version 4...haven't got the exact same model....settings not 10 and a pre-heat...pad quickly and then powers down...the new version doesn't pre-heat per...review.
