Rating 3/5 I got this for my dad...he could watch sports and still...roasts. His complaint is that if...for the Rare setting it will...the appropriate temperature for rare, but...pull the roast from the oven...temperature and then the temp rises...the countertop for another 10 minutes....alarm temperature to take into account...if you want rare beef you...alarm, which is what I got...
