Rating 1/5 We ordered one about 2 months...month ago after the first seemed...However, the water in the pan...turn blue a week later. This...the efficiency of the unit has...water now, even in very humid...showing up in the second unit.

Rating 1/5 I liked this dehumidifier fine for...it worked -- then it died,...filter and the unit meticulously clean....send it back (at my own...was a bit disgruntled at this...asked why Soleus couldn't pay the...said that if I had called...would have paid. I asked her...be a reasonable time for a...well-made product wouldn't break down at...on, she ignored my questions, quoted...and got progressively ruder. All three...were equally rude, and they flat...speak with a manager, telling me...customers! I'm sending the unit back...never purchase anything from Soleus again...

Rating 2/5 worked great till the orfice tube.../>theres no freon filter like your...co and they said sorry no...shame because it works awesome when...a new one every 12-18 months.
