Jacques Rolland has undertaken a...a cook's dictionary is harder than...decades such a book would cover...cooking, throw in a lot of...Italian, and that would be that....extra cuisines to deal with-- Chinese,...Eastern, Mexican--and at the same time...needs be treated in greater depth....task is physically impossible (even could...one could pick it up without...be admitted that Rolland has done...only explains, defines and identifies without...400 pages, he does it briskly...will stick with you.
